Can you recommend a good aerobic/fitness DVD for a woman that will provide an intense workout (READ DETAILS)?

Shandi Wedge: I knew of winsor pilates (Mari Winsor) you can find some dvd's on ebay.! ..she has quite a few. There is also a Malibu Pilate (chair) which is expensive though equipment. Its designed by Carroll Krieff and used by Susan Lucci and other stars. There is a trail offer which is a low price, but the chair costs alot more after the trial and too return it ,the s/h is expensive to. So listen carefully if you decide to call to place a order. I know it's embarrassing to talk about your pooping habits to someone, but they hear that stuff all the time.

Kandi Lough: haha the pic is saved as gay006. Nice. You are already slim and thin, and I wouldn't say you'd want to lose weight. If you want to tighten, try getting ! an extra hour of sleep every night, drinking 16oz. of water when you wake up, having a slow-burn carb breakfast like oatmeal or whole wheat toast, and eat about 5 times throughout the day, very small meals. No white bread, fatty meats like ham, bacon or sausage (stick to turkey, tuna and chicken), and no sweets. Go running four times in the next 1.5 wks, preferably early in the morning when your body will target fat cells more than muscle cells.You'll probably lose 2 lbs and look a little tighter ... good luck!...Show more

Georgianna Zollo: You dont need to lose w! eight, but if you want to tone up a little then try stomach crunches, l! unges, squats etc, combined with light cardio such as walking, swimming, bike riding etc for about half hour everyday. You will see results fairly quickly, but dont overdo it - eat sensibly but dont go on a diet. You have a lovely figure so dont fret about it too much! Lucien Hellerman: Yeah your skinny so you don't really have to lose weight; I am skinny myself but i had a little flab so I started doing jump ropes for about two weeks. Really I had started to work on my endurance but when i noticed that i was losing the weight so i found it rewarding. It will help you burn more calories then running plus you will start feeling healthier. Also drink water and drop the sodas.

Giovanni Malool: Since I was out of high school, it hasn't been uncommon for me to use the restroom twice a week. And I never thought it was an issue. I thought that was normal. For the past few mon! ths I have been trying to lose weight. My girlfriend keeps mentioning if I would use the restroom as much as I was supposed to I would drop weight fast., I have read everywhere I am supposed to use the restroom 3 times a day. And accordingly to that horrible This Is the End movie, 6 times a day. For the past few months I have been eating activia, almost daily. A lot more fruits and vegitables, especially grapes. But nothing has been working. I don't feel constipated, but when I take an ecslax, I get the runs for a few hours and that's the end of it. Back to my normal self. So what else can I do?...Show more

Hong Hunkin: Try resistance training to sculpt the areas that you want to look trimmer. Since you don't have much weight to lose the best idea is to sculpt what you have.You can buy bands to do this and they are absolutely awesome.

Refugio Gast! ineau: It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight fast then you will probably put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 10 pounds over the past few weeks when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the guidance supplied on the web resource in the box below.

Gerardo Greist: you dont need to lose weight. what would make you look great would be some light resistance training in the gym.it will help you to tone up and ad definition. 1.5 weeks isnt a lot of time, if you stay commited and get lots of LEAN protein (boiled chicken, tuna, egg whites) you will notice a big difference in 4 weeks. i know it seems like ages, but it will be totally worth it trust me.
