Questions for soccer players regarding fitness?

Rebbecca Sorkin: i'm 16.this is my 12th year to be playing the sport.i play year-round since i am in a competitive league. we practice a couple times a week and have games and tournaments every single weekend.of course, everyone gets winded at some point. but you can always improve your fitness level and your blood's oxygen intake. breathing technique can help you last longer on the field as well. i run at least 2-3 miles every morning before school and then i do sprints in the afternoon. just remember, you have to keep up with your running and fitness because you can get out of shape very quickly and it's tough to get back into it....Show more
