What do you guys think about the new video game bill?

Wilfredo Muldoon: Thats too narrow minded, what the govt was trying to do was to stop people from uploading clips of movies and other copyrighted content to YouTube and other places by making it a felony, plus to get charged for it you have to upload copyrighted material like 5 times, the wording of the bill is too broad and if there isn't a revision every single playthrough of every game must be taken down I think although you wont be charged if it was there before the bill, what well see is only the huge gaming websites being able to upload content since they can upload content if they have the explicit approval of the game developer, many other smaller playthrough channels and groups will simply disappear, which could lead to a broad decrease in video game sales everywhere because people will see the game and want to buy it, therefore they do, video game reviews playthroughs etc are really just free publicity I for one don't think the bill will pass without a revision,! video game developers will try to stop and revise the bill...Show more
