Mitchell Pickens: Roxio has a great program for creating stuff like that on PCs, I use it all the time. It's great!
Lucrecia Laurito: I recommend Movavi Video Editor which can import media from different sources. Edit video, add soundtracks and titles. Apply filters, transitions, and special effects.Hope it helps!
